Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had such a great experience at Firestone, especially during what was honestly a stressful situation. My left tire had a nail in it and unfortunately needed to be completely replaced. Omar was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. He was so kind and helpful, kept the conversation flowing while checking me out, and genuinely made a difficult situation feel a lot easier. You can tell when someone is actually passionate about providing good customer service, and Omar definitely made me feel taken care of. I really appreciate his kindness and patience, and I’m so glad he was the person helping me that day. Thank you, Omar, for making a stressful tire situation a little better!

I’ve been coming to Firestone in Columbia for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say they have earned my trust and loyalty as a customer. I’ve never been someone who enjoys taking my car in for service, but from day one, the team here has made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident that my vehicles are in good hands. That trust means a lot to me, especially when it comes to something as important as my car. I’ve had the pleasure of working with James, Ty, and Omar, and each of them has consistently been honest, helpful, informative, and professional. They take the time to explain what my vehicle needs without making me feel pressured or talked into unnecessary services. Most recently, I had an unexpected emergency with my vehicle, and Ty went above and beyond to help me. I was understandably stressed, but he helped me remain calm and patiently walked me through the necessary steps to get my vehicle safely towed and brought to the Columbia location. Once it arrived, he assured me that he would do everything he could to get my vehicle completed that same day and he followed through. He even waited for me to arrive so I could pick up my vehicle. That level of care and

I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years and have not disappointed me. I brought my truck in to get a tire repaired and found out 2 tires were wearing on the inside. I told the technician I will most likely order some. After speaking with the manager he was able to match 2 tires I was going to purchase online. He saved me time and money. I really appreciate James - Store Manager for his customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.

The entire staff at Firestone Complete Auto Care does an outstanding job, led by their manager, James. They always take the time to explain any recommended repairs or maintenance, helping customers understand what needs to be done and why. One of the reasons I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here is the consistency of the team. You don't see a lot of employee turnover—the same technicians have been working here for years, which speaks volumes about the shop. Their experience, professionalism, and top-notch workmanship keep me coming back. Highly recommended!

Tai helped us after our breakdown on I-95 after we got our vehicle to his shop.We went to two shops before going to Firestone because they couldn't accommodate us. He was very courteous, helpful, & him & his crew took care of us quickly & I will add " He & his crew did it with a smile". The tire was shot even though it only had 11,000 miles on it. We picked up a large nail on I-95. We are over 600 miles from home & are senior citizens. Firestone should be proud of the exemplary team at the Columbia, MD location on Paxutant St. Thomas Jones, US Navy Veteran
